We are excited to offer Posie Fields as a location for photographers to host sessions. Give your clients the gift of a breathtaking backdrop where they can laugh, roam, and simply be themselves. From the scent of fresh blooms to the golden hues of the farm at dusk, every corner of our land is a storyteller’s dream. Discover a setting where nature provides the magic, and every shot feels like home.
This reservation is available for professional photographers only with a business insurance policy.

How long can I schedule my session?
Sessions are scheduled in 1-hour increments.
What are the insurance requirements?
To maintain a safe environment for our farm and your business, we require the following from all photographers:
- Proof of Insurance: You must hold and provide a copy of an active professional business liability insurance policy.
- Business License: As we do not charge sales tax on location bookings for professional use, we require a copy of your current business license to be kept on file.
Please email digital copies of both documents to erin@posiefields.com after booking your session.
Are dressing facilities available?
Yes! We provide dedicated dressing areas for you and your clients to use during your session, completely free of charge. We want your shoot to be as seamless and comfortable as possible.
What about bad weather?
Photo shoots may be rescheduled due to inclement weather but are otherwise non-refundable.Â
Are bouquets included with the session?

Want to add a touch of extra magic to your shoot? Both fresh and dried bouquets can be added to your session to create the perfect floral accent for your clients. We can also coordinate the use of the Posie Cart for your session at a discounted rate.

Can I use the Posie Cart in my session?
Absolutely! Our signature Posie Cart is a favorite for styled shoots, weddings, and branding sessions. It offers a charming, vintage floral aesthetic that truly brings the spirit of the farm into your photos. The cart can be reserved for your session at a discounted rate, subject to availability.
