We’ve been dreaming about creating something like this for a while, and we’re so excited to finally invite you.

As women who have both built businesses of our own, we know how exciting entrepreneurship can be. We also know how overwhelming, uncertain, and sometimes lonely it can feel.

The truth is, none of us are meant to do this alone.

Between Posie Fields and Andress Aesthetics, our businesses may look completely different, but we’ve discovered that so many of the experiences behind them are the same. We’re constantly learning, figuring things out, taking risks, making mistakes, celebrating wins, changing direction, and dreaming about what could be next.

And we believe there is so much we can learn from one another.

So we’re creating a place for women to simply come together.

No competition. No pressure. No perfect résumé required. And you certainly don’t have to have everything figured out.

This is for the woman who owns a business, is building one, has an idea she can’t stop thinking about, is considering taking the leap, or simply wants to surround herself with inspiring women who are creating something of their own.

We want to share what we’ve learned, ask questions, exchange ideas, make introductions, encourage one another, celebrate the wins, talk through the hard parts, and build genuine friendships along the way.

Because sometimes the thing you’ve been struggling to figure out is something another woman at the table has already walked through.

And sometimes what you have learned could be exactly what another woman needs to hear.

We all have something to bring to the table. And we really do need each other.
