    Erin Champion

    Founder

    Erin grew up in the Atlanta suburbs and has always been drawn towards making things beautiful. After years as a stay-at-home mom, she started working for a small, urban farm, where she discovered her love for growing heritage flowers and the slow flower movement.

    She is a 2019 graduate of the Floret Workshop, The Flower Farming School, and a proud member of Farmer-Florist Collective, and The Slow Flowers Society.

      Floral Production Director

      Kenley is the steady hand that keeps Posie Fields flourishing day to day. From harvesting and arranging to training and guiding our Crew, she makes sure every stem is nurtured with care. Beyond the fields, her eye for beauty shines through her photography; many of the images you see on our website and marketing materials were captured through her lens. Her blend of creativity and organization brings both structure and soul to Posie Fields. You can see more of her work at here.

      She and her husband, Adam have two children.

      Floral Operations Director

      Sara keeps Posie Fields running in full bloom. She harvests each flower, crafts every bouquet, and delivers them to our local partners. From fieldwork to events, her dedication, skill, and hard work ensure the farm thrives. She’s truly the heartbeat of our operations. She came to Posie Fields as a Porch Posie member but jumped at the chance to be part of the Crew.

      She and her husband, Lance, have three children.
